this is my goal. i must achieve it before my wedding day...
so, what i have to do ?
okie..tips - tips mengurangkan berat badan anda.
1. chew your food 30-40 times.then, swallow it.spend about 20 minutes to finish your meals.
2. eat 5 times a day..start your breakfast at 8 am end your dinner before 7.30 pm.
3. when you're eating, makesure there are fruits and water on the table. (eat/drink before or after having meals)
4. on sunday, please do eat lots of fruits. more than usual.
5. if you feel like eating after 8pm, drink milo o and some biscuits.
6. do some exercise.

so, please say your goal 3 times a day and 21 continuous day. insyaAllah, your mind will follow your goal.
lagi 1, gantung la jeans or shirt yang di idamkan nak pakai bila dah kurus. mesti lebih bersemangat.
and remember, you're maybe not lose some weight but you'll lose some inch.
and the most important is, apa yang kita dapat bila goals kita tue tercapai.

1- i'll look more beautiful on my wedding day with my beautiful wedding dress. :)
2- feel more confident in front of my hubby to be.
3 - fell more healthy.
4 - can inspired someone who feels like to lose weight same like me. :)
now my weight is 54kg, i'll tell you my weight a day before my wedding day..please remind me..

ok je yg lain tu tapi yg satu tu kunyah 30-40x melampau benar la.. hehe tapi mmg bagus pun ikut sunnah nabi tapi cam susah je aku nak laksanakan ;p
d7- insyaAllah,boleh...yakin pada diri...aku pun susah juga..tapi,bila kunyah je aku mengira la..smpai la makanan tue hancur..bila buat macam tue,ko akan rasa cepat kenyang tau...sambil exercise mulut...heheheh...if tak boleh juga,cuba la 20 kali...
kiree, i'm eager to loose weight too!! berat kita pun lebih kurang gak.. jom lwn sape turun paling byk.. :) but mine lmbt 2 bulan dr yours.. dh berbulan cuba tapi xturun2.. :( link ur blog.. :)
hanim - okie..bole je kita lawan.hehehe..its okie..awak boleh turun lagi byk dari kita la..sbb ada masa lama lg...lagi nak kawin...lagi byk mkn daa..tue yg prob tue..heheeh.. :)

nadiah, nina da trn 6kg. dr 51kg smpi 45 kg. cara nye : JANGAN MAKAN NASI. makan benda2 sup contoh : meehoon sup @ horfun(mcm kew tiow). itu boleh utk dinner. dinner kne 3jam sblm tdo = 7.pm.. then lunch lak boleh makan bubur. kurang kan mkn daging n ayam. mkn ikan byk. steam. jgn goreng. hehe..bukan minum milo o, tp milo kosong. xd gula @ susu. pg lak leh mkn roti@biskut. roti lak kalau mkn jgn lebeh 4 keping 1 hari. kompem la 2 mgg trn dlm 2-3kg. try la sbb nina cuba berkesan :D
minum air masak byk.
