this is my goal. i must achieve it before my wedding day...
so, what i have to do ?
okie..tips - tips mengurangkan berat badan anda.
1. chew your food 30-40 times.then, swallow it.spend about 20 minutes to finish your meals.
2. eat 5 times a day..start your breakfast at 8 am end your dinner before 7.30 pm.
3. when you're eating, makesure there are fruits and water on the table. (eat/drink before or after having meals)
4. on sunday, please do eat lots of fruits. more than usual.
5. if you feel like eating after 8pm, drink milo o and some biscuits.
6. do some exercise.

so, please say your goal 3 times a day and 21 continuous day. insyaAllah, your mind will follow your goal.
lagi 1, gantung la jeans or shirt yang di idamkan nak pakai bila dah kurus. mesti lebih bersemangat.
and remember, you're maybe not lose some weight but you'll lose some inch.
and the most important is, apa yang kita dapat bila goals kita tue tercapai.

1- i'll look more beautiful on my wedding day with my beautiful wedding dress. :)
2- feel more confident in front of my hubby to be.
3 - fell more healthy.
4 - can inspired someone who feels like to lose weight same like me. :)
now my weight is 54kg, i'll tell you my weight a day before my wedding day..please remind me..
